You'll own CRM strategy and execution for K Health's product team, driving patient engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. You'll partner with data and product teams to optimize campaigns and hit growth goals through audience segmentation and insights-driven creative messaging.
π― What You'll Do
- Own CRM automations and campaign creative development across email, SMS, push, and in-app
- Define audience segmentation strategies to enhance patient experience and messaging
- Analyze campaign results and define testing roadmap against benchmarks
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to coordinate patient communications
π Requirements
- 4+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience executing in Braze
- Proven track record of hitting business growth goals through cohorting and testing
