💼 About This Role

You'll own the 12-month rolling forecast for our Middle East distributors, using statistical tools to enrich forecasts with market sales and promotions. This role bridges global supply chains and local sales teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop accurate 12-month rolling forecasts for all distributors
• Consolidate and analyze country forecasts with sales, inventory, and promotions
• Conduct monthly meetings with distributors and internal teams to sign off consensus forecast
• Run forecasting KPIs reports with root cause analysis on variance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in numerical or supply chain field
• 3 years minimum demand planning experience in large FMCG
• Advanced Excel experience
• Previous ERP experience

• Statistical forecasting software experience
• SAP knowledge
• APICS or IBF certification
