You'll be at the center of our Los Angeles office, supporting daily operations and enhancing the employee experience. You'll partner closely with HR and cross-functional teams to create a welcoming workplace. This role offers the chance to wear many hats in a fast-paced entertainment tech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as front desk point of contact, greeting employees and visitors
- Maintain office supplies and ensure shared spaces are organized
- Oversee breakroom inventory including snacks and beverages
- Plan and execute employee events and celebrations
- Prepare new hire materials and coordinate onboarding logistics
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years of administrative or office coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
