  • Serve as front desk point of contact, greeting employees and visitors
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure shared spaces are organized
  • Oversee breakroom inventory including snacks and beverages
  • Plan and execute employee events and celebrations
  • Prepare new hire materials and coordinate onboarding logistics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of administrative or office coordination experience
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
