You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure employees have opportunities to advance their careers at SpaceX. Assess internal applicants, develop job postings, lead interview debriefs, and create processes to bridge recruiting and HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years experience in operations, recruiting, or HR
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Assess internal applicants against job requirements using discretion
• Develop accurate job postings and descriptions
• Lead interview debriefs and counsel hiring managers
• Analyze and consolidate interview feedback for candidates
• Create processes to bridge recruiting and HR
