💼 About This Role

You'll own analytics for Paxos stablecoins and rewards initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly inform product, rewards, and network strategy in a lean, high-ownership environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define core metrics and build dashboards for stablecoins and Rewards product
• Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped data problems
• Partner with data engineering to shape data models in Snowflake and dbt
• Contribute to regulatory reporting, audits, and exam requests

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data and analytics roles
• Advanced SQL proficiency with large, complex datasets
• Hands-on dashboarding with Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
• Comfort with Git-based workflows for analytics code and assets

• Experience with AI-powered analytics tooling (e.g., Snowflake Cortex, Claude)
• Background in fintech or financial services
• Knowledge of dbt and Snowflake
