🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead pre-construction setup for utility-scale projects
• Coordinate design reviews and monitor progress
• Own budgeting, estimating, and value engineering
• Manage bid processes and contractor engagement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• 5+ years experience in construction project management
• 3+ years managing pre-construction of utility-scale renewables
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, P6

• Experience negotiating EPC agreements
• Familiarity with permitting and regulatory requirements
• Leadership experience mentoring team members
