You'll own and optimize the end-to-end partner onboarding journey from contract to activation, driving operational excellence and scalable onboarding programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This remote leadership role combines strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end partner onboarding and activation journey.
  • Develop scalable onboarding strategies for different partner profiles.
  • Oversee onboarding operations, metrics, and process optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and support.
  • Drive partner activation milestones including migrations and platform adoption.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10+ years in Customer Success or Partner Enablement within SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing leaders or senior specialists across teams.
  • Strong strategic and operational capabilities with scalable program design.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft CSP programs, NCE, MCA, or GDAP.
  • Experience in high-growth organizations and scaling operations.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
