Description

In this role, you will provide employee relations support by handling investigations, grievances, and arbitration, while advising managers on employment and labor issues. You'll ensure consistent application of policies and implement people solutions to support the organization's mission.

Requirements

  • J.D. or pending J.D. (employment or labor law preferred) or 7 years equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Relations, HR or related field
  • 1+ years litigation or complex investigation experience preferred
  • Experience writing position statements and negotiating with plaintiff counsel
  • Experience managing agency complaints and leading hearings for employers

Responsibilities

  • Provide employee relations support to management including investigations, grievances, arbitration, and coaching
