Description

As a Propulsion Engineer II on the Integrated Design team, you'll own the overall layout and packaging of engines for Terran R, design and analyze critical structural and fluids components, and collaborate with manufacturing, test, and vehicle design teams to deliver flight hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated project/technical leadership skills
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Own overall engine layout and packaging, including conducting layout trade studies
• Control and release the CAD/eBOM for top-level engine assemblies
• Design and analyze hardware such as gimbal, cryogenic and hot propellant ducting, fluid manifolds, tubing, and secondary structures
• Lead development of new methods for manufacturing or testing critical flight hardware
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test, and Vehicle Design teams
