Description

In this role, you will design and test warheads and complex munitions systems, transitioning them from prototype to production. You'll manage arena and system testing, capture and analyze test data, and assemble explosive test articles, all while contributing to cutting-edge defense technology powered by AI and autonomy.

Requirements

• BS or higher in mechanical, aerospace, or engineering discipline
• 2-10 years' experience in naval ordnance/munitions mechanical design and testing
• Proficiency in CAD tools like NX or SolidWorks
• Test experience with data acquisition and analysis
• Ability to obtain and hold U.S. Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Design warheads and complex ordnance/munitions systems
• Create high-fidelity prototype parts and test on range
• Manage arena and system testing end-to-end
• Capture test video, compile and analyze test data
• Assemble/disassemble explosive test articles and precision targets
