💼 About This Role

You'll join the Provider Operations team at Oscar Health as a senior credentialing specialist. You'll solve complex credentialing issues, work cross-functionally to improve processes, and support provider network operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support, manage, or escalate complex credentialing issues
• Act as point person for stakeholders and trend issues
• Manage queue work and assigned caseload via dashboard
• Collaborate with production and credentialing leaders

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of credentialing experience for facilities adhering to NCQA standards
• 2+ years in a fast-paced volume-based environment
• 2+ years strong quantitative or analytical skills for problem-solving
• Experience working in health insurance

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years credentialing for practitioners with NCQA standards
• Proficiency in credentialing or provider data repository
