Description

You will own and operate Gusto's AI-first Enterprise Risk and Third Party Risk Management programs, enabling the business to move fast while staying compliant. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a team of compliance professionals, and champion AI-driven automation across risk monitoring, control testing, and reporting.
