Description

You'll lead the Money Movement Platform, the backbone of all client-facing products at Payoneer. This role focuses on scaling infrastructure, processes, and people, directly reporting to the VP of Product. You will elevate platform product management, own end-to-end execution of core infrastructure, and manage a team of Product Directors.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management with deep focus on B2B, infrastructure, or complex platform ecosystems
• 5+ years managing PMs or Directors with a proven knack for mentorship and talent development
• Product Ops mindset to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Ability to translate technical constraints into clear strategic roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Elevate platform product management by coaching Product Directors to balance technical debt with innovation
• Own end-to-end execution of core infrastructure ensuring high uptime and elite performance
• Design and refine methodologies for multiple product teams to stay aligned and efficient
• Manage and inspire a team of Product Directors and Principals
