💼 About This Role

You'll assist residents with Activities of Daily Living in a caring, supportive manner within Otterbein's person-centered care model. You'll work as part of a team under nurse supervision to enhance residents' quality of life. This role offers DailyPay and a supportive work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with ADLs: teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing
• Provide supervision, cueing, or non-weight-bearing transfer assistance
• Communicate and coordinate with resident needs and team structure
• Respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No certification required
• Compassionate and caring attitude
