📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture
• Prior experience leading a team, studio, or office
• Proposals and business development experience
• Licensed Architect strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience with CRM systems for tracking BD activities
