💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of UX designers working across ActBlue's suite of products. You'll set the conditions for great work, establishing shared vision, building cross-functional partnerships, and creating processes that help your team do their best thinking. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership and product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of product designers
• Provide hands-on strategic support to designers
• Establish and communicate design direction for product areas
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on goals and strategy

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of UX experience
• Prior experience managing a team or coaching designers
• Experience leading end-to-end product delivery from discovery to execution
• Experience working with remote, geographically distributed teams
