You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. Utilize tools like Google, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and Salesforce for outbound calling and email campaigns, and schedule appointments for sales consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or recruitment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce or related CRM and LinkedIn preferred
• Comfort with prospecting and cold calling

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
• Utilize tools for discovery, research, and outbound calling/email campaigns
• Research executive contact information using Google, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Salesforce
• Generate high volume of prospect engagement activity
• Schedule business appointments on sales consultant’s calendar after qualifying prospects
