Description

As a Line Lead, you will directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in a vehicle inspection center, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You'll oversee the movement of cars, identify and resolve defects, and train team members to perform repairs effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking
• Experience using computers

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of team; identify strengths and weaknesses
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members
• Train team using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently
