You'll lead global sales strategies and operations for a PDF technology company. You'll shape go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless sales experiences for customers ranging from developers to government organizations. You'll act as a trusted advisor and coach the sales team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and tech teams on GTM strategies.
- Lead customer success to identify upselling opportunities.
- Coach and mentor the sales team with weekly guidance.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in leadership (SaaS/tech).
- Proven experience in enterprise sales with diverse client base.
- Experience developing and scaling sales strategies and operations.
- Experience leading customer success or sales teams.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in PDF or document technology industry.
- Experience with reseller and integrator relationships.
- Knowledge of data-driven sales optimization.
