💼 About This Role

You'll lead global sales strategies and operations for a PDF technology company. You'll shape go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless sales experiences for customers ranging from developers to government organizations. You'll act as a trusted advisor and coach the sales team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales process.
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and tech teams on GTM strategies.
  • Lead customer success to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team with weekly guidance.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in leadership (SaaS/tech).
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales with diverse client base.
  • Experience developing and scaling sales strategies and operations.
  • Experience leading customer success or sales teams.

  • Experience in PDF or document technology industry.
  • Experience with reseller and integrator relationships.
  • Knowledge of data-driven sales optimization.
