You'll be the first point of contact for Runna users, troubleshooting technical issues via Intercom and ensuring a smooth experience. Your work directly helps the product team focus on improvements by filtering complex problems. This role offers flexible hybrid work and equity participation through Strava.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer technical queries and troubleshoot app issues via Intercom.
  • Guide users to maximize the Runna app experience.
  • Provide technical expertise to frontline teams via escalation channels.
  • Communicate with Product and Tech teams to solve challenges.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (support or technical assistance).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for online interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to research and test solutions within the app.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intercom, Jira, Slack, or Notion.
  • Basic coding knowledge.
