You'll be the first point of contact for Runna users, troubleshooting technical issues via Intercom and ensuring a smooth experience. Your work directly helps the product team focus on improvements by filtering complex problems. This role offers flexible hybrid work and equity participation through Strava.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Answer technical queries and troubleshoot app issues via Intercom.
- Guide users to maximize the Runna app experience.
- Provide technical expertise to frontline teams via escalation channels.
- Communicate with Product and Tech teams to solve challenges.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role (support or technical assistance).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for online interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to research and test solutions within the app.

- Experience with Intercom, Jira, Slack, or Notion.
- Basic coding knowledge.
