Description

You will design and run AI-first onboarding and enablement programs that make every engineer at Klaviyo productive from day one. You'll standardize engineering workflows, pilot tools, and run experiments to improve developer velocity, quality, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Technical practitioner and systems thinker, with experience as an engineer or working closely with engineering
• Understanding of IDEs, Git, CI/CD, and testing
• Clear writer and facilitator with strong communication skills
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs for engineers
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Own engineering team onboarding and time-to-impact, designing a Day 0 through Day 90 experience
• Enable embedding AI into daily engineering workflows like backlog and PR synthesis
• Codify how engineering works with living training and documentation
• Design and scale technical learning programs including workshops and lunch-and-learns
• Define and track enablement success with north-star metrics and qualitative feedback
