Description

As a Demo Engineer at Airtable, you will design and build custom demo assets that showcase the platform's capabilities, working with pre-sales teams to turn complex business challenges into compelling, AI-forward solutions. You will develop a scalable demo library, support live customer evaluations, and collaborate across product, marketing, and sales to drive customer engagement and accelerate revenue.

Requirements

• 0-4 years in a technical role (solutions engineering, software development, BI, or consulting)
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms; Airtable experience or certification preferred
• Ability to build structured relational data models and translate business logic into workflows
• Exposure to APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns (Zapier, Make, REST APIs)
• Proficiency with automation logic, conditional workflows, and scripting (JavaScript preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, and integrations for pre-sales demos
• Develop and maintain a scalable AI-forward demo asset library for Solutions Consultants
• Translate prospect requirements into story-driven demos with industry-specific data models
• Create technical documentation and enablement materials for the SC team
• Support live customer evaluations by rapidly customizing demos based on technical requirements
