🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts for retention and revenue expansion.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing transaction flows and client needs.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders on performance and strategy.
• Monitor payment KPIs like approval rates and conversion rates, addressing issues proactively.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success in FinTech or Payments.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, merchant lifecycle, and transaction flows.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and commercial negotiations.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data and identify performance trends.
