Description

You will drive the full sales cycle for BambooHR's new Employer of Record product, helping clients hire and pay global employees. As a trusted advisor, you'll qualify prospects, pitch tailored solutions, negotiate deals, and build long-term partnerships while ensuring compliance with international labor laws.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in international HR, global mobility, or global sales
• Proven track record in sales or account management
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance
• Available for in-office training during first two weeks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
