As a Solution Engineer at NICE, you will lead the functional and technical sales process, delivering demonstrations that align NICE's portfolio with customer challenges. You'll manage requirements, influence clients, and lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, working closely with account executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years supporting multiple software products into sophisticated accounts
• 1+ years supporting Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions
• Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities
• Experience customizing demos and storyboards
• Ability to communicate from C-level to front-line employees

Responsibilities

• Deliver demonstrations that align NICE portfolio with customer challenges
• Identify functional and technical challenges of accounts
• Manage and interpret customer requirements
• Lead technical aspects of the sales process
