Description

You will lead the design and development of safety-critical circuitry for Ignition Safety Devices and Electronic Safe and Arm Devices, from concept to production. You'll manage interdisciplinary technical teams and collaborate with customers to deliver reliable propulsion systems for defense applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
• 8+ years of experience developing ruggedized electrical hardware
• Experience leading a team of engineers
• Technical expertise in high voltage circuitry design (up to 2kV), power management, and Altium Designer
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of embedded control electronics from concept to production, including schematic PCB design and system integration
• Actively participate in design and troubleshooting of high voltage circuitry (up to 2kV) and power management systems
• Drive ISD and ESAD programs from concept to production with program planning and execution
• Conduct design reviews with customers and incorporate feedback
• Manage day-to-day interdisciplinary technical teams and handle multiple projects concurrently
