You'll lead structural design for industrial, educational, and commercial projects at a 100% employee-owned firm. You'll analyze complex structures and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to bring projects to life. Hybrid work from Bloomington, MN with Tuesday-Thursday in office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structural design for building projects
• Coordinate with multi-discipline engineering teams
• Mentor junior engineers and EITs
• Contribute to business development and proposals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 5-12 years experience in building design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
