💼 About This Role

You'll build Suno's payment integrity function from scratch, owning fraud operations end-to-end. You'll drive detection logic, dispute strategy, and analytical frameworks for a fast-growing AI music platform. This role offers executive visibility and the chance to shape a program with real impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build fraud detection framework from zero across payment platforms and internal signals.
• Investigate fraud patterns and triage by impact with remediation proposals.
• Define Suno-specific fraud vectors and build detection logic for each.
• Shape dispute response process including representment strategy and win rate tracking.
• Partner with Engineering and Data to define fraud signal requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in fraud analysis, risk operations, or trust & safety at a consumer company.
• Management experience leading or growing a payment-integrity focused team or program.
• Hands-on Stripe Radar experience or comparable rule-based fraud decisioning platform.
• SQL and data fluency to investigate anomalies and build monitoring independently.
• Depth in payment dispute lifecycle including chargeback mechanics and representment strategy.

• Experience at a subscription business.
• Familiarity with ML-based fraud models or working with data science.
• Background in AI or consumer creator platforms.
