💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end financial story for Miro's R&D organization, covering headcount, software, and AI/cloud infrastructure costs. You'll build unit-economics models, drive investment cases, and influence senior R&D leaders. This role stands out as one of the first finance hires expected to apply AI to automate analysis and accelerate modeling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own R&D planning, forecasting, and monthly close commentary.
• Partner with R&D leadership on headcount strategy and workforce planning.
• Build unit-economics models for AI cost base and drive optimization initiatives.
• Prepare financial cases for major R&D investments and build-vs-buy decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, strategic FP&A, BizOps, or corporate strategy.
• Advanced financial modeling skills including forecasting, scenario analysis, and unit economics.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders (engineering, product, infrastructure).
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/cloud cost dynamics and AI tools for finance.
