💼 About This Role

You'll provide dedicated technical support to Mainspring's upgrade manufacturing lines, working with NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operational Excellence teams. You'll drive process standardization, lean implementation, and capacity planning to scale upgrade operations. This role is 5 days/week onsite in Menlo Park, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide lineside technical support and troubleshooting for upgrade manufacturing lines.
• Develop and implement standardized manufacturing processes and lead PFMEAs.
• Identify and implement waste reduction and efficiency improvement strategies.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing line layout and flow.
• Participate in capacity planning activities and analyze production data.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or process engineering.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing lines.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
