💼 About This Role

You'll join JioStar's Client Success Operations team, supporting Direct Sales across Linear TV and Digital platforms. You'll manage end-to-end advertiser onboarding, campaign coordination, and post go-live support while ensuring smooth campaign readiness and SLA adherence. This role offers exposure to high-profile accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate advertiser onboarding and campaign setup across platforms.
• Track campaign readiness and proactively identify risks or delays.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards for delivery status visibility.
• Monitor post-launch campaigns and resolve operational issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in digital advertising client success, ad ops, or sales coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business.
• Experience with campaign onboarding and execution workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel-based tracking and reporting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Linear TV (LTV) workflows.
• Experience with campaign tracking tools.
