You'll handle work orders independently and assist with preventative maintenance across the community. This role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs
• Complete service requests to company standards
• Restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Perform building and common area upkeep

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA/HVAC Certification
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
