• Manage movement of cars safely through the Inspection Center
• Oversee daily activities and provide coaching to team
• Ensure team meets production and quality goals
• Train associates using Quality Control standards

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
