🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations of meter services
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system
• Resolve high-level customer service issues for internal and external stakeholders
• Compile and analyze meter data for reporting and customer resolution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field
• 6 years of experience in water utility construction and metering
• 2 years in a supervisory/management role
• Valid Texas Driver's License and Water Operator License Class C

✨ Nice to Have

• Operational knowledge of AS400 or similar billing systems
• Knowledge of MDMS (Meter Data Management System)
• Experience with AMI or AMR technology
