• Conduct on-site surveys, interviews, and data analysis to identify issues.

• Manage stakeholders, track progress, and drive consensus across teams.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in production technology strategic planning or supply chain strategy.
• Experience in in-plant logistics automation or production line automation.
• Experience in manufacturing DX support at a consulting firm.
• Japanese fluency (business level, as the role is domestic-focused).
