Description
You will drive the overall customer marketing strategy for Ivalua's global enterprise customers, from onboarding and retention to advocacy and expansion. You'll architect content and engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle, working closely with Product Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to drive platform adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to build and execute customer advocacy programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics
Responsibilities
- Build and lead enterprise lifecycle marketing programs to deepen engagement and drive advanced platform adoption
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to identify growth opportunities and coordinate upsell/cross-sell motions
- Develop segmentation and journey frameworks for executive, business, and practitioner personas
- Leverage data to measure account health and engagement, and mine market insights for strategic decisions
- Own the customer event strategy for enterprise audiences, including flagship experiences and regional summits
