💼 About This Role

You'll ensure supplied materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, partnering with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams. You'll drive supplier performance and QMS compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate, qualify, and monitor suppliers for quality compliance.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess QMS effectiveness.
• Drive supplier corrective and preventive actions (SCAR/CAPA).
• Collaborate on root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of supplier quality engineering experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 QMS standards.
• Proficiency in PPAP/APQP and root cause analysis tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ CQE or CSQP certification.
• Experience with ISO 13485 or IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
