💼 About This Role

You'll design detailed architectures for BSS and enterprise ecosystems, including low-level designs, data flows, and integrations across platforms like Netcracker, Workday, and Salesforce. You'll provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to architectural standards. You'll translate business requirements into technical specifications and contribute to Cloud transformation initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end integration architecture across BSS and enterprise systems.
• Define and enforce solution standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Identify risks, performance challenges, and scalability concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and provide technical mentorship.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on architect experience in BSS including CRM, Order Management, Billing.
• Strong experience designing integrations with Netcracker/Amdocs, Workday, Salesforce.
• Knowledge of integration patterns (API-led, event-driven) and REST APIs, JSON/XML.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.
• Development background in Python and API tools like Postman.
