You'll serve as the central scenario desk and lock desk resource, structuring residential mortgage scenarios and managing rate locks. Your work ensures accurate loan pricing, compliance with investor guidelines, and smooth operations. You'll partner with experienced loan officers and leverage technology to enhance the mortgage experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide scenario desk guidance on loan structure and program eligibility.
• Process rate lock requests and verify pricing accuracy.
• Monitor loans approaching lock expiration and coordinate actions.
• Build and maintain pipeline lock reporting for forecasting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent residential mortgage experience.
• Deep knowledge of conventional and government guidelines.
• Proficiency with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Jumbo and non-QM program experience.
• Experience with wholesale and correspondent lending.
• Knowledge of multiple investor portals.
