You'll join xAI's global People Operations team to deliver seamless support across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. You'll handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and drive process efficiency and data accuracy. This role offers a chance to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and manage HR documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
• Oversee new hire onboarding processes, including HRIS audits and background checks.
• Support employee job changes such as promotions and salary adjustments.
• Manage the off-boarding process and maintain compliance and data integrity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in HR administration, operations, or generalist role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
