Description

You will lead a team of Program Managers to drive operational rigor across map delivery programs at Aurora, ensuring milestones are clear, progress is communicated, and risks are managed. You'll coach early-career PMs while developing standardized frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to align cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in Program Management, Operations Management, or Operational Strategy
• 5+ years managing or mentoring Program/Project Managers
• Strong experience establishing Program Management frameworks
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing cross-functional operational programs

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4-5 Program Managers supporting map delivery programs
• Provide mentorship and develop strong Program Managers
• Develop standardized frameworks for managing operational programs
• Ensure clear objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
• Establish process to proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks
