• Own the creative vision for client campaigns from hook to CTA.
• Write conversion-focused briefs for high-production content shoots.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in creative strategy for performance content (Meta ads, video ads, etc.).
• Background in a fast-paced agency environment (DTC or e-commerce).
• Deep understanding of Meta ad formats and performance drivers.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable creative direction.
