🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage timesheets for union and non-union employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Calculate time and pay discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries.
- Execute new hire onboarding including I-9/E-Verify and HRIS profile setup.
- Process employee status changes and off-boarding tasks in HRIS.
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma required; additional HR or payroll coursework preferred.
- 1 year of payroll processing experience with high-volume operations (100+ employees).
- Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP experience strongly preferred).

- Experience administering payroll in a union or CBA environment.
- Background in transportation, logistics, or similar industry.
