You'll manage payroll and HR processes for union and non-union employees at a school bus yard. You'll ensure accurate timekeeping and a seamless onboarding experience for 100+ hourly employees. This role balances high-volume payroll administration with employee support in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage timesheets for union and non-union employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Calculate time and pay discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries.
  • Execute new hire onboarding including I-9/E-Verify and HRIS profile setup.
  • Process employee status changes and off-boarding tasks in HRIS.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma required; additional HR or payroll coursework preferred.
  • 1 year of payroll processing experience with high-volume operations (100+ employees).
  • Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP experience strongly preferred).

  • Experience administering payroll in a union or CBA environment.
  • Background in transportation, logistics, or similar industry.
