You'll develop and maintain the master production schedule for avionics manufacturing to support the build of human-rated space stations. You'll coordinate with engineering and procurement to align schedules with program milestones and ensure hardware readiness. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to the development of next-generation space stations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain master production schedule for avionics manufacturing
• Coordinate with engineering to align production schedules with program milestones
• Track hardware readiness for avionics components, harnesses, and documentation
• Generate weekly reports on schedule adherence and on-time delivery performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for production planning
• Strong analytical skills to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and scheduling tools for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of capacity planning and demand-supply balancing
