💼 About This Role

You'll act as the technical point of contact for mechanical assemblies in the aviation industry, solving challenges at suppliers and mitigating manufacturing risk. You'll own parts from cradle to grave, driving design for manufacturing reviews and ramping suppliers to meet production rates. This role is key to enabling the Starlink constellation and SpaceX's mission to Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical point of contact for supplier manufacturing challenges
• Own outsourced parts from DFM to PPAP and production ramp
• Partner with procurement to strategically source parts
• Validate supplier corrective actions for robustness and sustainability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline
• 1+ years of manufacturing, supply chain, or quality experience

• Master's degree in engineering or business
• Experience with quality systems (ISO 9000/AS9100/NADCAP)
• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and FAIR processes
