You'll drive execution of startup ecosystem initiatives at a leading AI cloud platform, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable outcomes. You'll own end-to-end delivery from concept to launch and post-mortem, ensuring clarity and accountability in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic ecosystem initiatives
• Align timelines, messaging, and target accounts across GTM teams
• Operationalize ecosystem strategy into clear project plans
• Establish success criteria and project governance

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in project management or program management in tech
• Strong executor with track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of startup and VC ecosystem
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
