You'll lead the design and implementation of user-facing features across the full stack, working directly with users to shape the product. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of user-facing features across frontend and backend
• Translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical plans and shipped outcomes
• Partner with product and design to shape roadmap decisions and execution strategy
• Talk directly with users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Several years building and shipping production software
• Strong technical foundation from a CS program or equivalent experience
• Deep comfort with TypeScript and modern frontend development
• Solid backend fundamentals including data modeling, APIs, and system design

• Experience at an early stage or high growth startup
