💼 About This Role

You'll join SpaceX's Starlink team to ensure quality of machined aerospace parts. Your core impact is performing precision inspections and driving improvements in a high-volume production environment for satellite internet components. This role offers hands-on work with advanced CMM programming.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete surface plate work and inspection of machined aerospace parts
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using standardized methods
• Document non-conformances and support quality management systems
• Create, maintain, and verify CMM programs with PC-DMIS

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a machine shop
• Blueprint reading, shop math, and GD&T experience
• DCC CMM with PC-DMIS software experience

• Understanding of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 drawing standards
