You'll build and grow the engineering organization from the ground up, with ownership of team practices and shipping. Within your first year, you'll have live customers and a thriving team, directly accelerating life-saving therapies to market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and cultivate a high-performing engineering team
• Define development processes with heavy AI tooling use
• Own product delivery end-to-end with product stakeholders
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering management
• Experience building AI-powered products and leveraging AI tooling
• Track record of delivering in ambiguous environments
• Expertise in object-oriented design, APIs, and cloud-native platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industry
• Background in Python development
• Located in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones
