You'll join Mission Capital's residential loan portfolio sales team to source and execute loan sale opportunities. You'll develop consultative relationships with decision makers at banks and servicers and evaluate balance sheets to craft trading strategies. This role offers exposure to a leading loan sale advisor in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with decision makers at financial institutions to source loan sales.
• Analyze bank balance sheets and market data to formulate loan sale trading strategies.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote the firm's capabilities.
• Prepare sophisticated business proposals including valuation analysis for potential clients.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in residential loan sales at an established brokerage or advisory firm.
• Knowledge of single family mortgage debt products including performing and non-performing loans.
• Relationships with debt capital markets participants such as banks and investment funds.
• Analyst training in mortgage, real estate, or structured products at a financial services firm.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with consumer loan or MSR sales.
• Salesforce proficiency.
• Prior career in structured products or real estate underwriting.
